GRAPES: 100% Montepulciano
ALCOHOL: 12.5% vol.
COLOR: Very intense ruby red color, softened by purple / violet reflections, with a tendency to garnet if aged.
BOUQUET: The nose is soft and very pleasant: its appreciated bouquet is characterized by the presence of pleasant and soft notes of plum jam, marasca cherry, wild berries in conjunction with a delicate perception of vegetable background.
TASTE: On the palate the long taste persistence has no yielding: the prince of Abruzzo wines has a soft taste, with a right acidity that is never excessive: overall it is harmonious and unpredictable.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Particularly suitable to accompany tasty dishes such as seasoned and powerful cheeses, cured meats in general, rich soups, game, roasted or marinated wild boar, red meats and bitter chocolate.
